Boccia :

Boccia is a very interesting sport for everyone regardless of age, gender, ability, disability. Boccia can be played by team or pair. In this game both sides of the court have six balls with different colours. Each side of the player tries to place the ball close to the jack (jack is the thing from   which a player can score points if they place the balls closest to the jack). Disabled people can have fun while playing boccia and also they will get social recognition from others.

Sitting volleyball :

With few rule differences Disabled people play with their arms and legs to score and move. In sitting volleyball players move close to the net to score points. That’s why it is fast paced.

Football :

 Football is very fun and full of enjoyment. Football is an emotion to everybody including Physically Challenged peoples. Football can be the way to express feelings. There are many variations of Football like Wheelchair or Powerchair Football, Blind Football and also Pan- Disability Football. Wheelchair or Powerchair  Football is very fun to play because Physically Challenged people uses powered wheelchair to play So they do not have to struggle while going fast or revers. They can play by learning some new tricks and skills. And there is Blind Football, in this sport people with vision disability have fun while playing. In this sport players wear eye shades to secure fair competition. In this sport each team will have an outside guide to assist them for a goal. The ball has a sound system inside that helps players to chase the ball. And the main fun part  is, outside spectators can not interfere while watching the game until a goal is scored. And there is also Pan-Disability Football which is open to all variety disabled people including Females and kids to. In this Football Disabled people have many competitive opportunities to show their skills and Enthusiasm to the world.

Para archery :

Para Archery is a competitive Sport in the world. Disabled people are also making success from para archery. In para archery disabled people also compete with non disabled players in Olympics and also in Paralympics. India’s Sheetal Devi is 17 years old and she is world’s first female Para Archer champion without arms. After being champion of the world she has become a youth idol, to encourage others how to deal with their disabilities. 

Para badminton :

Para Badminton is a very encouraging sport where disabled people can find new ways to build them again with care. While doing para badminton, disabled players overcome their fear of disbalance. Goalball :

In this sport people with vision disability mainly play but to secure competition every player should wear eye shade. In this sport players stay on their hands and knees to defend and attack. Goalball court is 18 meters long and 9 meters wide. In this sport players have to defend their 9 meters long goal post in the back line. In this sport players have to defend their goal post by their hands and knees and also to score.

Wheelchair Fencing :

Wheelchair Fencing is a very delicate sport where disabled people can grow and show their skills to the world. Wheelchair Fencing is a very challenging sport.
